I. PRIVACY AND SECURITY

Jasmine Lily Foundation respects the rights of our visitors and members and works diligently to protect your privacy. This policy will explain how we gather and use personal information submitted to us. Therefore, by being in communication with us, you are agreeing and accepting this policy.

II. PERSONAL INFORMATION COLLECTED

Personal information collected by our organization is kept in confidence. Safeguards are in place to ensure that the information is not disclosed or shared more widely than is necessary to achieve the purpose for which it was gathered. We also take measures to ensure the integrity of this information is maintained and to prevent its being lost, stolen or destroyed.

Jasmine Lily Foundation collects information that is entered during the registration process or in any responses to specific information requests. We gather this information in order to provide services that you request and respect your preferred channels of communication. Examples of the information collected include: information knowingly provided by you through online forms and surveys, email addresses, personal financial and/or demographic information, charitable contributions, telephone numbers, and addresses. We may also collect your IP address and information through the use of electronic ‘cookies.’ However, we limit the use and collection of information about you to the extent which is necessary to administer our operations.

III. HOW WE USE THAT INFORMATION

Jasmine Lily Foundation does not rent or sell donor information to third parties. Except as otherwise indicated, Jasmine Lily Foundation uses the personally identifiable information (“Personal Information”): (a) to respond to any donor inquiries or questions about our services; (b) for internal marketing purposes and as part of Jasmine Lily Foundations’s donor database; (c) to provide donors additional and updated information, materials and other advertisements regarding Jasmine Lily Foundation services; (d) to cooperate with government officials or parties in litigation under process of law, or as otherwise required by law; (e) to protect the security or integrity of the Site; (f) to protect against a threat of safety or destruction of property; and/or (g) to protect against legal liability.

IV. REQUESTING REMOVAL FROM MAILING LISTS

If you have submitted personally identifiable information (e.g. name, address, phone number, email address) and wish to reduce or cease contact with Jasmine Lily Foundation, you may send the request to cancel@Jasminelilyfoundation.org

V. SECURITY OF CREDIT CARD INFORMATION

We care about the safety and security of your credit card transaction: secure server technology is used throughout the online donation process in all donation sites (Jasminelilyfoundation.org, Paypal, Venmo, Square and Cash App). We use high-grade encryption software and the https security protocol to communicate with your browser software. The credit card transaction available through our web site is handled by a secure, encrypted process provided by a third party processor under contract to Jasmine Lily Foundation. As a result, it is extremely difficult for anyone to intercept the credit card information you send to us.

When you enter your credit card information into a form field on Jasminelilyfoundation.org, your credit card information is encrypted and transmitted securely to Jasmine Lily Foundation or to our third party processor. Neither Jasmine Lily Foundation nor our third party processor store your credit card information on a permanent basis; your credit card information is only used for the duration of the transaction and is then deleted from our records, unless you choose a monthly donation option.

VI. INTERNET PROTOCOL ADDRESS

We collect an IP address from all visitors to our Site. An IP address is a number that is automatically assigned to your computer when you use the Internet. We use IP addresses to help diagnose problems with our server, administer our Site, analyze trends, track users’ movement, gather broad demographic information for aggregate use in order for us to improve the site, and deliver customized, personalized content. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information.

VII. LINKS TO THIRD PARTY WEB SITES

We sometimes provide links to third party web sites existing outside of Jasmine Lily Foundation.
